# What is AIR Money

> Connect AIR Accounts to smart accounts, wallet actions, and gas sponsorship in your application.

AIR Money gives users access to wallet and smart account capabilities through their AIR Account. Your application can support signing, sending assets, and supported wallet experiences while users sign in through AIR Kit.

## The account behind the experience

An AIR Account is the user's sign-in and identity account. A smart account is the chain-specific account used for blockchain transactions. AIR's MPC wallet acts as its signer. These roles work together, but they are not the same account or a single balance across every chain.

Your app chooses the enabled networks, wallet actions, and approval experience. It can use the wallet provider with existing EVM tools or open supported AIR Kit wallet screens.

## What you can build

* **Wallet transactions:** sign messages, send assets, and interact with supported contracts.
* **Gas sponsorship:** cover eligible transaction costs under an agreed paymaster policy.
* **Wallet screens:** offer supported send, receive, swap, and transaction-history experiences.
* **Scoped wallet permissions:** use session keys for supported repeated actions with defined permissions.

A wallet session key is a wallet feature; it does not establish identity delegation to an AIR Agent. Agent wallet delegation is planned separately.
